For more than a year construction attorneys from across the United States that are members of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Construction Industry Forum have been collaborating on a 50 state survey of the lien laws of each state.   Kushnick Pallaci founder Vincent Pallaci was honored to be included as a contributing author for the New York sections of the ABA’s new 50 State Lien Law Handbook.

While this was Mr. Pallaci’s first time writing for the ABA, he as written more than 100 articles on various construction law topics for other publications over the last decade.  The 50 State Lien Law Handbook is available from the ABA.
